Like any good photographer, Grady Brannan’s path to photography had organic beginnings. In 2006, Grady suffered an unfortunate career-ending knee injury that put an abrupt halt to his dreams of having a career as a professional skateboarder. However, like any successful individual Grady chose to find ways to take advantage of his new found position. Temporarily hobbled by injury, Grady began exploring some of the endless photo opportunities the Bay Area had to offer. Quickly honing his skills, it didn’t take long before others started to notice that Grady’s talents expanded behind his first love. Grady’s work has been exhibited in Rolling Stone, Billboard, 7×7, Thrasher and many other syndications. His growing network and portfolio are a testament to his energy and novel approach.
